White Elephant Exchange Rules

1.  Pick one item.  It can be something that you just don't need or want or it can be something nice.

2.  Wrap the item.

3.  Everyone draws a number for the order of exchange.

4.  The first person will pick one gift and open it.

5.  The second person will pick one gift.  They can exchange with the first person or open the one they picked.

6.  The thrid person picks a gift and can exchagne with one of the first two gifts.  If they choose to keep theirs, they open their gift.

7.  The fourth person will pick a gift and follow the 'exchange or open'.

8.  Continue until all gifts are opened.
